Welcome to the Student Festival of Fashion, proudly presented by the Mackay Pioneer Valley Arts Council. The Student Festival of Fashion is a community driven event giving students the opportunity to express and explore their creative flare in design, art and fashion. The event also provides students with the experience to expand and enhance their skills for their future path within the industry of creative arts and design.

PRIZES PRIZES PRIZES Major prizes confirmed: 2 fabulous prizes for the overall winners. A Bernina Sewing Machine from Bernina and a Canon Ixus 80Is digital still camera plus a Canon 1P 4300 printer (print direct from the camera) donated by Whitsunday Office Machines. Plus great cash prizes in each category. The Fashion Illustration winner will receive a beautiful 560 page book which will be a great source of information for fashion designers. Other sponsors already committed for this years event are our major sponsor Healthpoint Chemist, and The Daily Mercury 2/4/08

WOW!!! The Illustration and Wearable Art Workshops held during the last week of the holidays were BRILLIANT. All involved had a fantastic time and left the workshops inspired and feeling very happy with what they had achieved. Our sincere thanks to presenters Pamela Wardell, Mary Ede and Sherrie Piccone for their inspiring workshops and sharing their wealth of knowledge with us.
